Jobcircle is a community for young employees of the Dutch federation of trade unions (FNV)


The FNV initiated a platform for young employees. INPUT was asked to assist in the creation of this new platform. INPUT created the brand name, identity and several (awarded) campaigns.

Create
a viral campaign

INPUT created an online feedback test in cooperation with a renowned psychologist. The test subject could ask his friends, family and colleagues anonymous feedback on the big five personality traits. To liven up the test INPUT illustrated all questions to attract a young target audience.
The campaign was a huge success, within 3 months more than 450.000 people were asked to give feedback. The campaign was awarded a silver Spin Award for Best Online Campaign in 2008.



Develop our identity

INPUT started as a strategic partner in the development of the Jobcircle project. INPUT developed the name, logo and the complete corporate identity - including payoff, identity campaign, brochures, posters, postcards & website design.

 
 
 

Create
a viral campaign

INPUT was asked to create some ‘buzz’ around the Jobcircle website. We developed the f*ck your way to the top campaign to show young people there are different ‘ways’ to boost your career. Input produced two videos. The videos ended with a link to the Jobcircle website where viewers could order free condoms with real career advise printed on the package. The video was seen by over 100.000 people in just two weeks. It attracted ample media and several thousand new members to the Jobcircle community.
